Empower is designed for women who are building something— a business, career, creative project, or ambitious goal— and want accountability and community while doing it.

Do I need to be an entrepreneur?

No. Empower is open to any woman working toward a meaningful goal, task, or project.

Question 3

What should I bring?

Accepted Answer

Please bring something to work on as well as a laptop, notebook, project materials, etc. This is an active work session.

Is this a networking event?

Not in the traditional sense because we are coming together to work, not exchange business cards and ask "what do you do?" But organically, yes. You will meet others who may help you expand your network.

What happens during the event?

Each session includes:

• guided goal setting
• focused work time
• small group accountability
• sharing progress and wins

Do I have to share what I’m working on?

Sharing is encouraged but never required, this is a safe space. The goal is to create a supportive environment where women feel comfortable moving at their own pace.
