Starburst Concert: Gianna Beckford & Nihar Bhavsar with Paul Posnak

Two concert dates: Saturday, November 7 at 7:30 and Sunday, November 8 at 4pm

This season's Starburst Concert features two outstanding young South Florida musicians on their way to professional careers. Gianna Beckford, formerly a principal violist at Dillard High School now studying at FIU, has performed twice with the New World Symphony in its Side-by-Side program, among many major achievements. Clarinetist Nihar Bhavsar, now studying at University of Miami Frost School of Music, has performed at Carnegie Hall, Sala Sao Paulo, the Kravis Center, and as principal clarinetist at Equity Arc National Pathways Festival Orchestra in Washington DC.

Great music in a great venue – the art filled La Merced Chapel with its newly installed hand carved ceiling and pews – and recently completed working bell towers.

Two concert dates: Saturday, November 7 at 7:30 and Sunday, November 8 at 4. If your first choice is unavailable, please verify – in this smaller venue, seats may be released until concert dates. Call or text 305-458-0111 or email Julie@jaswlaw.com.
