Learn consent-centered breast and chest massage techniques in a hands-on workshop designed for massage therapists and bodyworkers.
Join in this learning space guided by Cara Sether, Licensed Midwife and Licesend Massage Therapist as we learn the fundamentals of breast and chest massage. This course is intended for Licensed Massage Therapists (LMTs) — for direct application of breast massage techniques with clients; Lactation Consultants (IBCLCs, CLCs) — for supporting clients with engorgement, ductal narrowing, and milk flow; and Nurses (RNs, LPNs) — for clinical and postpartum care contexts. This class is foundational to a Breast & Chest series. In this course we are working primarily with healthy breast tissue.
