What ages can attend?

Parent’s Night Out is for children ages 3–10.

Question 2

Does my child need to be potty trained?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All children attending Parent’s Night Out must be fully potty trained and able to use the restroom independently.

Question 3

What is included in the $50 registration fee?

Accepted Answer

Registration includes four hours of supervised fun, pizza, an age-appropriate STEAM activity, playtime in the Early Explorers Learning Lab, and a kid-friendly movie.

Question 4

What if my child has a food allergy or dietary restriction?

Accepted Answer

Parents should provide allergy and dietary information during registration. You may also want to state whether families can send an alternative meal.

Question 5

What should my child bring?

Accepted Answer

I’d recommend a labeled water bottle and anything they may want for movie time, such as a small blanket. Any medication that may be needed such as an inhaler, EpiPen, etc. No electronics or valuable personal items.

Question 6

What happens if my child becomes upset or wants to go home?

Accepted Answer

YES! staff will work with your child to help them feel comfortable and join the fun. If they are unable to settle or need their parent, we will contact you for pickup.

Question 7

Can I pick my child up before 9:00 PM?

Yes. Parents may pick up early if needed; I’d just ask them to let staff know at drop-off.

Question 8

What is your late pickup policy?

Accepted Answer

Parent’s Night Out ends promptly at 9:00 PM. A $20 late pickup fee will be assessed for every 10 minutes past 9:00 PM. Please plan accordingly and arrive on time for pickup.

What is the cancellation/refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the event are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event or if your child becomes sick are eligible for a 50% refund due to staffing, food, & activity supplies being purchased in advance based on enrollment.
