In-person class: Handmade Gnocchi with Vodka Sauce (Atlanta)

There’s nothing so delicious as fresh Gnocchi, and creating it yourself.

Roll up your sleeves and discover the art of making fresh potato gnocchi from scratch in this fun, hands-on cooking class. You'll learn how to mix, shape, and cook light, pillowy gnocchi while picking up tips and techniques you can recreate at home.

As your gnocchi comes together, the chef will demonstrate how to prepare a rich, creamy vodka sauce, sharing the secrets to achieving its signature silky texture and balanced flavor. Once everything is ready, you'll toss your freshly made gnocchi in the warm vodka sauce and enjoy the delicious results.

Whether you're new to pasta making or looking to expand your culinary skills, this relaxed, interactive class is a great way to build confidence in the kitchen while enjoying a classic Italian favorite.

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are fresh and easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen.

Please Arrive 15 Minutes Early. Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. This class is BYOB! For those 21+, feel free to bring your favorite wine or beer to pair with your delicious and handmade meal.
