A two-day immersive workshop to understand where the fear of being seen began — and reclaim your body, voice & power from it.
Saturday & Sunday 10am - 3pm
There is a fear that lives quietly in so many of us. A fear of being too much. Too loud. Too visible. Too knowing. A fear that whispers: stay small, stay quiet, don't be seen.
We call it the witch wound — and it has a history.
For three centuries, women were persecuted, tried, and killed across Europe and colonial America for the simple act of being visible. Independent. Known. Trusted. That fear didn't end when the trials did. It travelled — through bloodlines, through culture, through the quiet lessons we inherited about what's safe to say, know, or be seen doing. And in various forms, it is still alive on this planet today.
This two-day workshop is a chance to finally understand where that fear came from — and to consciously reclaim what it silenced.
Day One: Understanding the Wound
We begin with the story. You'll trace the historical roots of the witch wound — what was really being punished, and why — before moving into the ancestral layer: how fear becomes inherited behaviour, passed down through generations of women who learned to stay small to stay safe. Through guided reflection, you'll begin mapping your own lineage — where the pattern echoes in your family line, and where it echoes in you.
This is a receiving day. You're not asked to do anything with what surfaces — just to let it be seen.
Day Two: Reclaiming the Body
Day two moves from understanding into embodiment. We look at where the wound lives in your life right now — the shrinking, the over-explaining, the quiet self-censorship — before dropping into somatic work to explore where it lives in the body itself. Sound and energy work follow, clearing space for what comes next: a Reclamation Ritual — where you'll consciously call back what was taken, and release what no longer serves you.
You leave not just having understood the wound, but having actively reclaimed something from it.
