Overview
Join us for a 45-minute all-levels vinyasa flow to wind down for the evening!
Enjoy an evening of movement and mocktails! We'll start with a vinyasa flow - a combination of relaxing stretching and strength building - and finish with some mocktails + time to mingle.
Details:
- Donation-based (suggestion is $5-10!)
- Please bring a mat/towel/blanket
- Class is dependent on weather. If class is canceled due to weather, donations will be refunded.
- Cancellation will be at least 1 hour before class starts
