On Sunday, September 27, join Latinas from across Southeast Los Angeles for an afternoon rooted in healing, self-trust, meaningful connection, and action.
Experience SANAR, ACTIVAR y ACTUAR. through a guided wellness practice a Self-Trust Activation y Plática, intentional connection, conversations with Latina changemakers, community resources, and a curated Latina-owned marketplace.
Who This Is For:
Latinas ages 18+ across generations who want to reflect, connect, and take action.
Come with your mamá, adult daughter, hermana, comadre, or come on your own. Todas son bienvenidas.
Spanish translation will be available throughout the event.

Build a Grounding Practice
Experience the power of an opening ceremony led by Melina Chavarria of Cuídate Mija, Medicine Woman and Healer. Followed by a guided body and collective reflection with Atalie Oliva, Founder of The Bitter Woman Network, we’ll honor our roots, the generations who came before us, and create space to reconnect with ourselves and one another.

Activate Your Self-Trust
Guided by Rosa E. Benavides, Founder of Speak Up Mujer and Voice & Confidence Activator, this interactive reflection invites us to explore what becomes possible when we stop waiting for permission, quiet the second-guessing, and begin trusting ourselves and our own voice.

Build a Meaningful Connection
No awkward networking. Through guided conversations and intentional prompts, ConnectHER creates space to meet other mujeres, share stories, and build genuine connections. Come as you are and leave with a new connection to carry beyond EmpowerHER.
