If I'm outside of the age description, can I still join?

Accepted Answer

Yes. While, we list an age category for each event, this is merely a suggestion so that attendees are meeting like-minded people. The event is 21+ and there is no true age cut off. We hope that attendees will stick to the suggested age range, but it all depends on what someone is looking for.

Question 2

Can I still join if I show up late?

Accepted Answer

We strongly suggest sending a note to the host, if you expect to be late. Late arrivals throw off the rhythm of the event. We work hard to ensure an equal number of participants for the best experience possible. Late attendees will not be guaranteed to join every round.

Question 3

I didn't buy a ticket, but I came with a friend who did, can I still join?

Accepted Answer

It depends. The event is for attendees who purchase tickets in advance. If the event is sold out then no more ticket will be sold at the door. But if we have no-shows, then yes, you can purchase a ticket online at the door and you'll be added to the list to participate.

What's the refund policy?

We have a very flexible refund policy, please review it in full via the "Terms of Service" section on the website. In short, no-shows without any notification will not receive credits or refunds. Full refunds are available three days in advance of the event. See more details at TOS.
