Sound Bath & Gong Meditation | Highgate, North London

Step away from the noise for a while.

Life is loud. Sometimes you just need somewhere you can completely switch off, slow everything down and allow yourself to do absolutely nothing.

Ethereal Sound is an intimate sound bath experience at Ethereal Warrior in Highgate, North London, created to help you step away from the outside world, quieten the noise in your head and sink into deep relaxation.

With only a small number of spaces available at each session, this isn't a packed-out hall with everyone squeezed onto yoga mats. You'll have your own comfortable Z-bed, cushions, bolster, cosy blanket and linseed-filled eye pillow, so you can properly settle in and let go.

WHAT TO EXPECT

We'll begin with a warm cup of 100% cacao, followed by a grounding guided meditation to help you slow down, arrive fully in the space and prepare for the experience.

Then there's nothing else you need to do.

Simply lie back, close your eyes and allow yourself to become immersed in the sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls and gongs.

For the next hour, the outside world can wait.

A grounding mat will also be available during the session, along with mineral water and a crystal grid created especially for that evening.

And because I like you to take a little piece of the experience home with you, you'll receive one of the crystals from the grid to keep.

Whether you already love sound baths or you've never experienced one before, you're very welcome.

Come alone, bring a friend, or even make it a slightly different kind of date night.

All you need to bring is yourself. Everything else is provided.

Spaces are intentionally limited, so advance booking is recommended.
