Mock Trial with Hershner HunterThe presentation will consist of a mock trial brought by a former employee against their employer. The lawsuit alleges unlawful employment actions under both federal and state laws. Lawyers will question witnesses about the facts and make arguments to the jury, which is the audience. At the conclusion of the trial, the jury/audience will decide a winner. This program has been submitted to the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) for review.
