Yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets are provided. 🔮 Optional items to accompany you on the journey: • Personal pillow• Sleep mask• Stones or crystals • Prayer beads • Photos DISCLAIMER: Sound baths are not recommended for people with pacemakers, metal devices in the body, low blood pressure, epilepsy/seizures, or people in the first trimester of pregnancy.Please hydrate before and after the sound bath for maximum benefit. Numbness, tingling, lightheadedness, itching, slight nausea, and changes in mood or emotional state are all common symptoms after a sound bath.
