We can hardly believe that we've been walking, running, dancing and getting our move-on since 2007! Coach K Frizzell (Ms. Kristy Frizzell) will lead us in stretches and wam us up for walking and running. Later, we'll turn it up with some LINE DANCING and other fun activities!***Please note NEW LOCATION!!** Howard University Hospital is constructing a new medical building at the site where we usually gather. Therefore, we are moving our location to the courtyard lawn area in front of the Louis Stokes Health Sciences Library, located at 501 W St, NW, Washington, DC 20059.Registration is FREE!! If you register by August 24, 2026, you're guaranteed a t-shirt when you arrive onsite!
