POTTERY WHEEL BASICS AND BEYOND (WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON)

This 8-week Wednesday afternoon course will introduce simple, yet fundamental throwing techniques, with weekly demonstrations and hands-on instruction given on the pottery wheel. Beginning and intermediate students will be guided toward creating a variety of functional forms. Continuing students can refine their skills and expand their capabilities to work on more challenging forms, cohesive matching sets, larger pieces, and custom special projects. All Glazes and kiln firings are included in the tuition. Please bring a towel to use during class.(Ages 16+)

Materials Fee: Includes Glazes, Firings and 25 pounds of clay.

Payment will be processed and is required at the time of registration. Students are considered registered when tuition is paid in full.

Refund only possible if student withdraws by phone or in writing at least 10 days prior to the first class— NO EXCEPTIONS. If a student registers online, they will receive a refund minus the online registration fee.

If the class is cancelled by EFC, a full refund will be given. Students will be notified of any scheduling changes. We will contact students if class is cancelled due to severe weather and a make-up class will be scheduled.

Gift certificates are available for classes.
