Legendary advice columnist Ann Landers invites audiences into her Chicago apartment on a pivotal night in 1975. For decades, millions turned to Landers for her candid, witty, and compassionate advice on everything from love and marriage to family, politics, and even the proper way to hang toilet paper. She was even involved in the Vietnam war. But as she races to meet a looming deadline, the woman who always had the answers for everyone else must confront the most personal question of her own life.
Written by David Rambo and starring Kate McAlister as America's favorite advice columnist, this funny, heartfelt, and deeply human one-woman play offers a fascinating behind-the-scenes look at the remarkable woman whose words helped shape generations of Americans.
