To honor the integrity of the guided breathwork and sound journey, doors will close promptly at 6:20 PM, and late entry will not be permitted. We encourage you to arrive between 6:00–6:20 PM to settle in, receive your welcome gift, and ease into the evening before the experience begins.

About KIYA Wellness

KIYA Wellness was founded by Alexis, a clinical hypnotherapist with over a decade of experience in the health and wellness industry. She is a trauma-informed breathwork and somatic coach, Master NLP Life & Success Coach, Master Reiki Practitioner, and E-RYT 500 yoga teacher. Her work integrates subconscious reprogramming, nervous system regulation, and evidence-informed coaching with ancient healing practices to create safe, transformative experiences that help people cultivate greater clarity, resilience, and well-being.
