Question 1

Does my entire party have to arrive before I can check in?

Accepted Answer

Nope.  Each person can check in with either their QR code or with the name that the tickets are listed under.  We also have a Will Call station at the Information Booth where you can leave tickets for your party.

Question 2

Do I have to print out my tickets to bring to the event?

Accepted Answer

Nope.  We can scan the ticket from your mobile device or we can look up your ticket under your name.

Question 3

Do I need to bring cash to the event?

Accepted Answer

We have the capability to process cash, card, tap to pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Cash App transactions for tickets, concessions and merchandise.

Question 4

Can I bring a gift for my child in the show?

Accepted Answer

Yes!  We highly encourage bringing a special something to commemorate the performance.  However, if your gift lights up or is large enough to obstruct the view of other audience members, the gift must be left at the House Manager's Desk and picked up after the performance.

Question 5

Where should I park?

Accepted Answer

We have a large parking lot in the back of the building, pull in off Blackstone Ave and take the driveway to the rear parking lot.  Be sure to park in a dedicated spot and not up against the building or the fence line.
