Is this event all-ages?

Accepted Answer

No, this event is strictly 21+ with a valid physical ID required for entry. This event will take place in a private event space. The main facility will remain open to the public and is all-ages.

Question 2

Is parking available on-site?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we have our own parking lot available at the brewery (450 Weaverville Road). Since this is a large event where alcohol is being served, we strongly encourage carpooling and selecting rideshare options for transportation.

Question 3

Are DD (Designated Driver) tickets available?

Accepted Answer

Because the private event area where this event will take place boasts a smaller occupancy capacity than our main facility, we are unable to sell DD tickets or allow non-ticketholders into the designated event space. Anyone planning to attend the Homebrew Cellarbration must purchase a ticket.

If I'm attending the event, can I still hang out in the main facility, order food and play minigolf?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! This is a four-hour long event, and we strongly encourage ticketholders to meander to our main facility to eat. Food will be available for purchase on site at service counters. Note: any alcohol purchased from the main facility is not permitted in the designated event space.

Question 5

Can I take my samples with me outside of the designated event space?

Accepted Answer

No, any samples poured in the event space may not leave the designated event area. Guests are welcome to exit the designated event area with the empty sampling glass and return to the event space with their empty glass as they wish.

Are dogs allowed?

Accepted Answer

Due to the hybrid indoor/outdoor format of this event space and the large volume of foot traffic that we expect for the Homebrew Cellarbration, we kindly ask that you leave your dog at home for this event. Well-behaved dogs are welcome in the main facility's outdoor patio and beer garden.

Will tickets to the Homebrew Cellarbration be available for purchase at the door?

Accepted Answer

Maybe-this will depend on whether online sales sell out first. If there are tickets left the day of the event, we will sell tickets at the door for $25 (card or cash payment) plus state sales tax.

Question 8

How long will tickets be on sale via Eventbrite?

Accepted Answer

Until they sell out. Pricing tiers for tickets are as follows: On sale Tuesday, July 28th. Prices increase September 1st. Online ticket sales end September 11th.

Question 9

Can I bring my own chair?

Collapsible camping chairs and beach towels are welcome for sitting/lounging, however, all other furnishings and seating arrangements are prohibited. A limited number of indoor/outdoor seating arrangements will be available on a first come, first serve basis.

What if it rains?

This event takes place rain or shine. For this year's event, we'll be utilizing a hybrid indoor/outdoor event space. We do, however, encourage folks to plan accordingly if attending the festival during inclement weather.

Will beers from the festival be available in cans to go or any other date/time?

Accepted Answer

Since this event is made possible by the generous, talented local homebrew community, it's important to note that all beers at this this event will be produced in extremely limited quantities and will only be available for this specific event, not for sale as to go beers or on draft in the taproom.

What types of beer can I expect?

Accepted Answer

All sort! IPAs, sours, dark beer and European-style lagers are all very common styles at this event. Beers will be sampled in a variety of formats (draft, bottle and can pour). Note: ABVs for all beers may not be posted/available in advance-plan accordingly and drink in moderation.
