Brought to you by the Community College Workforce Alliance, J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College, and Virginia Works, this summit offers guidance, insight, and connection for those exploring new career paths.

This summit is designed for individuals seeking a fresh career start—whether you’re rebuilding after a layoff, returning to the workforce after time away, or exploring a new path that better aligns with your interests and skills.

Throughout the session, you’ll have the chance to hear from speakers, connect with representatives from a variety of industries, network with peers, map out your future career plan, and more. Food will be provided to make your experience welcoming and enjoyable as you explore your next steps.
