Feel free to bring your own mala beads, however we have some you may borrow. We also recommend you bring a journal and pen. All other supplies will be provided.

Is this a religious practice?

Although meditation and mantra recitation are rooted in ancient spiritual and religious traditions, our approach uses them as practical tools for relaxation, stress reduction, improved concentration, emotional healing, and spiritual growth.
