Grounded in the latest research and informed by real-world leadership experience, this Community of Practice recognizes that leadership well-being is foundational to healthy, thriving school systems. Together, we will explore practical, evidence-informed strategies to strengthen personal and organizational well-being, foster positive school and district cultures, support staff well-being, and lead sustainable systems change that benefits students, educators, leaders, families, and entire school communities.
