This educational workshop is designed to help you with ideas to grow and protect your money. Whatever your reason: college funding, retirement planning, tax reduction or simple wealth accumulation - you’ll maybe unearth money you never even knew you had!Led by EVP Angie Utter Gauthier, Money 101 will re-introduce you to the three enemies you must overcome to create financial security. And don’t today’s times really require us to take a closer look at our intentions and actions regarding our Money!Our concept is simple, if you learn something that you wish to learn more about, you will have to tell us, because we don't chase people, which we love and so do our attendees!!Feel free to bring a friend; we do, however, ask that you don't bring others in the financial planning/life insurance industry as this is a Five Rings Sponsored event. Backstory: A few short years ago, I was invited to a Money 101 Workshop in Virginia Beach by an acquaintance. I was a little skeptical, but curious so I went with pretty low expectations. (You might know the feeling.) What I learned in that class turned out to be more interesting and much more valuable than any of my classes about money in high school or college. They did not put a sticky nametag on my chest. They did not ask for me to buy anything. They freely gave this fantastic information to me. To say it changed by life is an understatement. What I learned in that workshop was relevant and impactful and has changed the financial direction of my life and my family's life. And that can happen for anyone. Throughout the years, one step at a time, sharing these ideas has impacted many, many people. As the presenter made his way through the class, I thought to myself, "No one ever told me this before." And eventually I had this thought, " Doesn't Everyone deserve this education and this information?'
