2026 Big Bend Pesticide Series Training

UF/IFAS Extension Jefferson County will host this year’s Big Bend Pesticide Training Series from September 14th-17th!

UF/IFAS Extension Jefferson County will host this year’s Big Bend Pesticide Training Series. The series is a multi-county collaboration between Gadsden, Leon, and Jefferson County Extension Agents. The series is scheduled for September 14th-17th at the Jefferson County Extension Office (2729 W. Washington Hwy., Monticello, FL).

This series will offer morning and afternoon sessions. Monday - Wednesday morning sessions will focus on a different license category and offer CEUs. Thursday sessions will be strictly exam review.

The morning and afternoon sessions are separate; you will need to register for each one separately. Registration is $25 per session and light refreshments will be provided. If you have questions, please contact Ben Hoffner at 850-342-0187.

Monday, September 14th AM: 8:30-11:30AM – CORE CEUs(3 487 & 3 482 CEUs)

Monday, September 14th PM: 12:30- 4:00PM – Private, Row Crop, or Aerial CEUs (4 CEUs)

Tuesday, September 15th AM: 8:30-11:30 AM – Aquatic, Private, or Natural Areas (3 CEUs)

Tuesday, September 15th PM:12:30- 3:30PM – Right of Way or Natural Areas (3 CEUs)

Wednesday, September 16th AM: 8:30AM-12PM – Ornamental & Turf, Private, LLO, LCLM, CLO (4 CEUs)

Wednesday, September 16th PM: 1:00PM-3:30PM - General Standards CORE Exam Review

Thursday, September 17th AM: 8:30- 11:00 AM - Right-of-Way Exam Review

Thursday, September 17th PM: 1:00-3:00 PM - Private and/or Row Crop Category Exam Review
