Overview
A ballet class for adults who are just starting...it is never too late!
This class is appropriate for beginners who have had no to some previous exposure to ballet. We work on basic technique and have fun learning to dance ballet as an adult. Ballet helps to tone the full body, increase balance and stability, as well as build grace and flexibility.
