The Willie Spears Experience at FSU Panama City

Join us in the St. Joe Lecture Hall as we welcome back Willie Spears to our campus. This event is free and open to the public, and each attendee will receive a copy of Willie’s new book.

Willie Spears is a nationally recognized author and speaker. He is known for his energetic delivery, relatable communication style, and ability to connect with a wide range of audiences.

Before launching The Willie Spears Experience LLC, Willie spent 20 years in education as an administrator, teacher and coach. Those years gave him firsthand experience with leadership, communication, team culture, and the everyday challenges we all face. He had the opportunity to work alongside students, educators, leadership teams, families, and communities. This helped shape the practical and people-focused approach that defines his presentations.
