Join us for Janice Rago's Solo Exhibition "Tending the Wild" opening this September.“This work reflects the balance between holding things together and allowing them to unfold.Through loose, gestural forms and moments of control, the paintings explore growth, care, and the quiet tension of tending to something that cannot be fully contained. Each piece exists as a moment -somewhere between softness and structure.”The figures often appear composed yet are surrounded by forms that feel expansive and difficult to contain. Florals become both something to nurture and something that resists control - an evolving presence that reflects growth, care, and the quiet pressure of tending to something beyond full control.Rather than following a singular narrative, these paintings hold emotional states. Each piece exists as a moment - shaped by softness and structure, where balance is constantly being negotiated, but never fully resolved.Email info@cateye-creative.com to receive the Collector’s Catalog early.Gallery HoursWednesday - Saturday 11am-6pmSunday 11am-5pmFollow us on Instagram
