Are teas herbal or caffeinated?

Teas might be both herbal and caffeinated at an event. If you have sensitivity to caffeine or are a parent with a child and would like to avoid caffeine for them, our tea vendors would be happy to offer another option. It is NOT necessary to give us this information prior to the event.

Can I opt out of being in photos and videos of the event?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we will never post photos or videos of you without your permission. Please notify us by email at hemlockfoxmgmt@gmail.com prior to the event if you would like for us to NOT share photos and videos of you.

Question 3

How close to the event can I purchase tickets?

Accepted Answer

You may purchase tickets up until the day before the event. However, tickets purchased up to 3 days prior cannot include dietary restrictions due to prep time for vendors.

Question 4

Are  tickets refundable after purchase?

Accepted Answer

No, all tickets are non-refundable. However, if you must miss the event, your ticket will roll over to the next event you are able to attend. Please contact us by email in the event this happens.

Question 5

Are you able to accommodate dietary restrictions?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we are always happy to accommodate dietary restrictions. We use oat milk and oat creamers at the tea, but if you also need vegan, vegetarian, or Gluten-Free options for food, you are able to let us know during your ticket purchase.
