Take the northbound or southbound #8 Halsted bus.
Get off at Halsted and Weed Street.
Walk less than a minute west down W. Weed Street.

From Metra Downtown Stations (Union Station / Ogilvie / Millennium)
Walk from Union Station or Ogilvie to a nearby Red Line subway entrance (such as Jackson or Lake/State).
Ride the Red Line northbound toward Howard.
Get off at the North/Clybourn stop and follow the Red Line walking steps above.
