Registration for the conference only is $85.00 for current OACFA members and $175.00 for non-OACFA members. Registration must be paid using this Eventbrite site. Payments for registration will not be taken at the event.

If you are a current member and your staff would like to attend, they would register as an OACFA member and pay the current OACFA member rate of $85.00.

How can I become either an OACFA  member or renew my OACFA membership?

If you are neither a member nor have renewed your membership, visit our website at https://ohioadultcarefacilities.org/become-a-member/.  Once you've become a member or renewed membership, return to Eventbrite and register as an OACFA member to receive the member rate.

What happens if I register as current OACFA member and I am not a current OACFA member?

Your registration payment will be refunded and you will not be considered registered for the conference until you re-register as a non-member at the rate of $175.00.

How long will the discounted hotel rates be available?

Embassy Suites will honor the discounted hotel rates until Monday, October 12, 2026. After Monday, October 12, 2026, it is not guaranteed that they will honor this rate and may charge the normal rates for that time.

Yes, conference attendees can book more than one night using the conference discount room codes.

Should I bring anything with me to the conference?

There will be various events and sessions happening. Here is what we recommend bringing: a laptop to keep notes, dressing in layers as the room temperatures may fluctuate, and if you are staying at the Embassy Suites Dublin, they will need a credit card for incidentals.
