5k Beer Run x St. Elmo Brewing |TX Brewery Running Series

We are the Texas Brewery Running Series™ and we run for beer!

See you at St. Elmo Brewing on 2/22. Fun run starts from the taproom at 11am.

We've mapped out a 5k-ish course that starts and ends at St. Elmo Brewing and weaves throughout the surrounding neighborhood. Run, walk, jog - whatever goes! All ages, all levels are welcome.

Whether you're a dedicated runner, casual walker, or just looking for a reason to explore while supporting local craft beer, this one's for you. We're hosting a 5K fun run (walk or jog!) that starts and ends at St. Elmo in South Austin. No time clocks. No pressure. Just a beautiful route through scenic areas, supportive community, and a cold locally-made brew waiting at the finish line.

What to Expect: We're building a day around community, movement, and great beer. You'll run, walk, or jog at your own pace, enjoy the fresh air and community vibes, and finish strong with a craft beverage from St. Elmo Brewing. Dogs and strollers are welcome, so bring the whole crew.

Who's This For: All of us. Runners and non-runners. People who want to stay active without the pressure. Anyone looking to connect with their community and support local businesses. If you appreciate good beer and good people, you'll fit right in.

This event is part of our '26-'27 Texas Brewery Running Series Season

• This is an open course, meaning roads will NOT be closed. You are responsible for obeying all traffic laws and regulations.
• We create each route to start and end at the brewery and to show off the surrounding neighborhood. The course will be marked with arrows to help you know where to go.
• You must bring a valid ID or driver's license. You do not need to be 21 to enjoy the event, but you must be 21 to enjoy the beer. Please drink responsibly. Registered, underage participants will receive a token for a FREE non-alcoholic beverage.
• Our events are rain or shine! If conditions become unsafe to run, we will still hang out and drink beer.
• There will not be a bag check; please plan accordingly and dress appropriately for the weather.
• Dogs and strollers are welcome on the course, with care and caution. Please remember - you are running at your own risk on city sidewalks / streets / trails, which might not be suitable for your 4-legged and /or pint size running buddies. You will also want to check with the brewery to make sure you can abide by their dog / underage policies. Please make the best decision possible for your crew.
• Please drink responsibly. We always encourage carpooling and safe, designated drivers.
