Giulia Essyad: In her site-specific intervention “you cannot kill me in a way that matters,” artist Giulia Essyad transforms a viral 2018 meme into a profound exploration of life’s persistence. Blending emerging research on plant communication and fungal networks with her own embodied practice, Essyad offers a "passionate love letter" to the mysteries of the natural world. This 30-minute performance invites participants into an erotic, joyful encounter with the garden, challenging our perception of death and arming the psyche with an unshakeable faith in life’s enduring power.
Olga Kokcharova & Luc Müller: Lucida Sonĝo is an artistic sound project born from immersive residencies in an isolated valley in Ticino and the primary forest of Gran Chaco (Argentina). Blending acoustic sounds, electronics, and field recordings, the performance offers a sensory and poetic experience where the boundary between reality and dream blurs. The project embraces an ecosophical approach, seeking forms of creation that are intimately interwoven with the place, not imposed upon it.
