Celebrate the harvest season with an unforgettable afternoon at Twin Oaks Tavern Winery - a mother-daughter-owned boutique winery only an hour from DC!
Your experience begins with a guided tour of our vineyard and historic property, where you'll discover the scenic beauty and rich history of Twin Oaks. Learn about our place in the historic Bear's Den district and the story of our 1893 inn while strolling through the vines at the height of harvest.
Next, roll up your pants and join in one of winemaking's oldest traditions: the grape stomp! You'll have the opportunity to crush freshly harvested grapes by foot.
After the stomp, relax with a guided wine and food pairing curated by our Head Sommelier. Thoughtfully selected local wines and seasonal bites will showcase how the right pairing can elevate every sip and every bite, creating the perfect finish to a day of celebrating the harvest.
Twin Oaks Tavern Winery promotes safe driving! Designated Driver Tickets are available and include all the fun of a regular ticket, with your wine pairings swapped out for our house-crafted mocktails.

Take part in this ancient winemaking tradition - the grape stomp! For thousands of years, grapes were crushed and juice was extracted for winemaking under foot. While we have machines to do this today, we pay homage to this tradition every harvest season!
