Each class is a moving meditation, guiding you to let go of tension, calm the mind, and reconnect with your spirit. Whether you are new to Tai Chi or deepening your practice, this program offers a sacred space to recharge and restore your energy and improve your balance and overall well being.This course will guide you through the most popular Tai Chi sequence, the Form 24, known for its flowing, meditative movements. Qigong Meditation will be practiced in the beginning of each class to relax and cultivate energy.Throughout the program, you’ll learn:<ul><li>Fundamental Tai Chi principles and techniques</li><li>The full 24-form sequence, a widely practiced form that is both beginner-friendly and rewarding for advanced practitioners</li><li>Techniques for enhancing mental clarity, reducing stress, and promoting relaxation</li><li>Safe, low-impact movements that improve physical health and balance</li></ul>By the end of the course, you will have a strong foundation in Tai Chi and the confidence to continue practicing on your own or in a group setting.
