Spirit of Excellence Liturgical Dance Ministry proudly presents "The Art of Praise," a Liturgical Dance & Worship Arts Explosion inspired by Psalm 9:1: “I will praise thee, O Lord, with my whole heart; I will shew forth all thy marvellous works.”
The Art of Praise celebrates the many expressions of worship through the performing arts, bringing together gifted ministries in liturgical dance, mime, spoken word, flag ministry, gospel rap, Christian comedy, and instrumental, vocal, and choral music for one unforgettable evening of praise.
Inspired by the psalmist's declaration to "show forth" God's marvelous works, each ministry will use its unique gifts and artistic expression to proclaim His goodness, inspire worship, and draw hearts closer to Christ. Through every artistic expression, our desire is to glorify God by offering back to Him the gifts He has so graciously given us.
