By entering the premises and participating in any activities associated with the Chalie Riders Trail Ride, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, you acknowledge that participation in horse and pony riding, trail rides, live performances, golf cart transportation, field games, and related physical or recreational activities, involves inherent risks. By attending, you voluntarily assume all risk of personal injury, illness, property damage, or death.

2. Release of Liability

Chalie Riders Trail Ride organizers, venue owners (Jones Park), sponsors, performers, vendors, staff, volunteers, and any affiliates are not liable for any claims, losses, damages, or injuries (including death) resulting from participation in or attendance at this event. All attendees release and hold harmless the above parties from any and all liabilities.

3. Insurance Coverage

All attendees of the Chalie Riders Trail Ride are responsible for their own personal health, accident, and liability insurance. Event organizers do not provide individual insurance coverage for attendees. Horse riders and participants in physical activities are strongly advised to carry personal liability and health insurance.

4. Medical Emergencies

Onsite medical assistance may be available, but attendees of the Chalie Riders Trail Ride are ultimately responsible for their own health and safety. In the event of an emergency, appropriate emergency services will be contacted.

5. Children & Minors

Children under twelve (12) are admitted free to the Chalie Riders Trail Ride. Children must always be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. An 8 PM curfew will be enforced for minors. Parents/legal guardians are solely responsible for always supervising minor children during this event.

6. Code of Conduct

By purchasing a ticket and attending the Chalie Riders Trail Ride, you agree to conduct yourself in a respectful, safe, and responsible manner at all times. All attendees are expected to treat organizers, staff, volunteers, vendors, riders, guests, and animals with courtesy and respect. Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, bullying, aggressive behavior, and any form of verbal or physical abuse will not be tolerated. The event organizers reserve the right to remove any individual from the premises for disorderly behavior, rule violations, or unsafe conduct, without refund.

Photography & Video Disclaimer: By attending this event, you acknowledge that photographs and video recordings may be taken throughout the event. These images and recordings may be used by the event organizers for promotional, marketing, advertising, social media, and other lawful purposes without compensation or further notice. By entering the event, you consent to the use of your image, likeness, and voice as captured in such media.
