When is check in?

Pre-Registration check-in is from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm on Friday. Saturday check-in starts at 8:00 am. Sunday check-in starts at opening (10:00 am).

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

Parking at the Meadowlands Exposition Center will be free to all attendees. It is located underneath the Exposition Center. Public transit is also available via the NJ Transit 320 or 85 buses, or with a walk/rideshare from Secaucus Junction or the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail.

Can I cosplay?

Of course! Cosplay is a huge part of what makes CPあC what it is and we have a wide variety of events for cosplayers and fans alike. Please review our policies to make sure your outfit and/or props fall within our guidelines to ensure CPあC is a fun time for everyone.

What if I’m uncomfortable or harassed?

CPあC is committed to promoting an environment that all attendees can find safe. If you are harassed or see any harassment that you feel comfortable to report, please report it to any CPあC staff member who can bring the issue to the attention of our security team

What if I have a wheelchair or other special needs?

Accessibility is important to us at CPあC, and we will attempt to make any accommodations we can for those who need them. Attendees who anticipate requiring any special accommodation should send an email to info@castlepointanime.com.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

We generally do not check ID, but we might in certain cases. Please bring some form of photo ID with you to the event. (It's also just a good idea to carry ID in case of an emergency!)

How does check-in work?

To check in you need the QR code shown in your Eventbrite confirmation email, or also available in your Eventbrite account. Bring the QR code to registration during the convention (or during early badge pickup on Friday 4pm-8pm) to receive your physical badge.

How does group check-in work? Can we arrive separately?

Groups may check in separately; each individual only needs one of the QR codes included in your Eventbrite confirmation. There will be a separate QR code for each ticket. Ensure that each individual gets their own ticket and code, as each QR code
