'Eaterland' Cookbook - An Author Discussion

'Eaterland' Cookbook - An Author Discussion

Overview

Join us for a sit down discussion to celebrate the launch of the newly-published Eaterland Cookbook, accompanied by light bites from Ruse.

Please join us for a casual author discussion of the newly-published Eaterland, a cookbook that provides a mouthwatering deep-dive into regional dishes that define American Cuisine.

The Maryland section includes Ruse's own Chef Michael Correll's 'She Crab Soup', written up by Tim Ebner (food and travel writer for the Washington Post, Eater, and Bon Appetit, among many others), and 'Smith Island Cake' by Amanda Cook-Pilkerton of nearby Tilghman Island Baking Co. Both will be available to sample on the night.

Missy Frederick (Eater's Editorial Director) will join Tim & Amanda for the discussion. Light bites from Ruse are included in the ticket cost, as well as a personal copy for each guest of the Eaterland Cookbook to take home.

Cocktails will be available to purchase.

This event takes place in The Milk Truck Garage at The Wildset Hotel.
