Quench at Copia: Wines That See the Sea

This month's live video podcast will be hosted by Master Sommelier Andrea Robinson and American vintner Dan Petroski, featuring a tasting devoted to six wines distinctly shaped by their proximity to the ocean.

Dan’s Massican wines, as well as his online magazine, draw considerable inspiration from the relationship between wine, place, and the sea. Together, Andrea and Dan will explore how maritime conditions influence vineyard climate, grape growing, and wine style through selections from Massican, Cobb, Hirsch, and three additional coastal producers.

For guests attending in person, this experience will also be paired with a “Taste of The Grove” – a sample of a dish from The Grove Restaurant curated by our former CIA student and Michelin-starred chef.
