Mermaid Farm Tour and Tasting

Tours will run on Sundays at 11am, beginning July 19th. You will

have the opportunity to meet the cows and learn about rotational grazing and the many

ways that this system of management benefits us and our local ecosystem.

You will see the milk room, as well as the processing room and cheese cave, where our

yogurt, lassis, and cheeses are made. At the end, you will have an

opportunity to taste yogurt, lassis, and some of our cheeses!
