Leadership Coaching Series Bundle

Registering for this event automatically enrolls you in all three workshops in Collectivity's Leadership Coaching Series. You'll join the same cohort of nonprofit leaders throughout the series, creating opportunities to build relationships, apply new skills between sessions, and learn alongside peers.

Together, the three workshops provide a comprehensive leadership development experience covering:

• Systems Thinking & Adaptive Strategy
• Coaching, Facilitation & Collaborative Leadership
• Leading Through Change & Uncertainty

While each workshop can stand on its own, participating in the full series offers the greatest opportunity to build skills over time, receive ongoing peer feedback, and connect concepts across sessions.

Your registration includes admission to all three sessions. No additional registration is required.

Session One Overview (Sept. 25): Part of Collectivity's pilot Leadership Coaching Series, all workshops can be taken on their own or as part of the full three-session pilot cohort experience. Explore the difference between activities, outputs, outcomes, and systems-level change while applying these concepts to your own organization. Leave with practical tools, fresh perspectives, and peer feedback to align your vision and strategy.

Session Two Overview (Oct. 9): Part of Collectivity's Leadership Coaching Series, this workshop stands alone while also building on concepts from the broader three-session cohort. Learn when/how to coach and facilitate, practice coaching/facilitation techniques, and gain tools to navigate conflict and build consensus.

Session Three Overview (Nov. 13): Part of Collectivity's Leadership Coaching Series, this workshop may be attended independently or alongside the full cohort. Explore prioritization, scenario planning, and decision-making frameworks that help leaders respond thoughtfully to uncertainty while keeping their organizations focused on mission and impact. And for those who attended session 2, practice coaching techniques with a peer.
