Securing Europe’s Engineering Technology Supply Chains

Organised as part of Oslo Innovation Week 2026, this forum will explore one of Europe's key industrial challenges: how to build more resilient and competitive technology and manufacturing supply chains in an increasingly uncertain world.

As geopolitical tensions, supply chain disruptions and growing demand for critical technologies reshape global markets, Europe faces increasing pressure to strengthen capabilities in semiconductors, electronics manufacturing and advanced engineering - key foundations for sectors such as defence, maritime, energy, aerospace and other strategic industries.

Bringing together key stakeholders from industry, research, investment and innovation communities in Norway and Lithuania, the forum will focus on practical opportunities for cooperation, industrial partnerships and cross-border investment to strengthen European value chains and build greater industrial resilience and technological competitiveness in critical technologies.
