In this class we take time to look at the alignment of the postures we do and make adjustments.

The class will be held in our indoor Shala (but weather permitting, we will hold the class on our private Rooftop at Blaumeer Yoga).

For all levels, Spanish/English.

Bring your own mat or you can rent one.
