FLOW YOGA (Shala/Rooftop )

Come take a power flow yoga class at our outdoor studio in the heart of Barcelona!

The class will be held in our indoor Shala (but weather permitting, we will hold the class on our private Rooftop at Blaumeer Yoga).

I offer a dynamic practice based on Hatha Yoga - combined with Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga and Release Technique.

The class is in English and/or Spanish depending on the audience.
