Join us for a social hike/run or ride as we take in the sunset and full moon rising!

Lunch Loop Trailhead

We are teaming up with local organizations for a for a sunset hike/run or ride on the beautiful lunch loops trails for to welcome the full moon rising. If you do not have a headlamp we will be handing out FREE mini flashlights for participants to keep!Join us afterwards for post hike libations and connect with new friends.WHAT TO BRING: -comfortable shoes and clothes -headlamp -backpack to carry your supplies -water/snacks -dress for the conditionsWe will send a (weather) update the day before the event for all who are signed up via Eventbrite!Life's 2 Short FItness offers beginner centric programs, events and community for women including trail running, hiking, mountain biking, paddleboarding and more! Volunteer coaches facilitate lessons that blend physical activity with life skill development to enable participants to adapt to whatever comes their way. At the end of the season, the team completes a 5K together, which provides a tangible sense of accomplishment and sets a confident mindset into motion.
