<h3>Age Restrictions</h3><p>For ages 13 &amp; up</p>

<h3>Description</h3><p>Roll up your sleeves and get ready for some fun! Following the lead of our Instructors, you'll make a spicy tuna roll with an avocado and crab meat topping; vegetarian uramaki with avocado, pickled carrots, cucumber, and asparagus; a California Roll topped with crawfish and chili powder; and temaki, a cone-shaped roll with a variety of fillings. </p><p>For ages 13 &amp; up. Attendees not yet 18 must be accompanied by an adult who has purchased a ticket. Each attendee must purchase a ticket. </p><p>21 or Older? You'll enjoy a glass of wine with your sushi. </p>

<h3>Menu</h3><p>You'll enjoy a cup of Miso Soup as our Instructors show you how to make both the soup and sushi rice. </p><p>You'll make: </p><ul><li><p>Healthy Roll (Vegetarian Inside Out Roll with Avocado, Pickled Carrots, Cucumber &amp; Asparagus)</p></li><li><p>Heart Attack Roll (Spicy Tuna Make with Avocado &amp; Crabmeat Topping)</p></li><li><p>Temaki ( A Cone-shaped, Handroll with a Variety of Fillings)</p></li><li><p>Volcano Roll (California Roll topped with Fried Crawfish &amp; Chili Powder) </p></li></ul>

<p><strong>Safety &amp; Precautions</strong></p><ul><li><p>At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.</p></li><li><p>For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.</p></li></ul>
