Emily is a joyful & confident yoga teacher.  She teaches and modifies to all levels.  Come have fun doing some yoga and having a beer afterwards.  What a great way to start the day!

<p>The last Thursday of each month Emily Phillips will be teaching yoga for all levels at 8th Day Distillery!  Her classes are designed for all levels and beginners.  Your ticket includes an hour of yoga and a beverage of your choice after class!  Come by yourself, or bring a friend.  Bring a yoga mat if you have one, she has a few extras.
