<h2>📋OFFICIAL RULEBOOK📋</h2> <h2>1.Eligibility</h2><ul><li>Teams consist of exactly two players.</li><li>Players must complete registration and payment before the deadline.</li><li>One substitute is permitted only before Round 1 with Tournament Director approval.</li></ul><h2>2. Tournament Format</h2><ul><li>Double Elimination.</li><li>Every team is guaranteed at least two matches.</li><li>Championship is between Winners Bracket Champion and Losers Bracket Champion.</li></ul><h2>3. Equipment</h2><ul><li>One official double-six domino set per table.</li><li>Seven dominoes dealt to each player.</li><li>Tournament score sheet supplied by organizers.</li></ul><h2>4. Match Procedure</h2>Highest double starts the first hand. If no doubles are held, the highest domino starts. Play proceeds clockwise. Players have approximately 30 seconds to make a play. Excessive delay may receive a warning.<h2>5. Scoring</h2>Each hand ends when a player uses all dominoes or the game blocks.If a team goes out, they score the total pips remaining in opponents' hands.If blocked, the team with the lowest remaining pip total scores the difference.First team to 100 points wins the match.<h2>6. Sportsmanship</h2><ul><li>Respect opponents, staff and spectators.</li><li>No abusive language.</li><li>No coaching from spectators.</li><li>No touching another player's tiles.</li><li>Alcohol consumption is permitted but intoxicated behavior will not be tolerated.</li></ul><h2>7. Disputes</h2>Play stops immediately. Only one player per team may address the Tournament Director. Director decisions are final.<h2>8. Penalties</h2>Warning → Game Penalty → Match Forfeit → Tournament Disqualification depending on severity.<h2>9. Reporting Results</h2>The winning team must report the final score immediately. Intentionally reporting incorrect scores is grounds for disqualification.<h2>10. Prize Distribution</h2>Prize money is awarded immediately following the championship match. Winners must be present unless otherwise approved.<h2>11. Code of Conduct</h2>The Doral Yard reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior threatens safety, fairness or the guest experience.<h2>Appendix A – Recommended House Rules</h2><ul><li>Players keep dominoes visible only to their teammate.</li><li>No electronic assistance.</li><li>Phones should remain off the table during active hands.</li><li>Food and beverages should not interfere with play.</li><li>Tournament Director may reseat matches if operationally necessary.</li></ul><h2>Appendix B – Tie-break &amp; Clarifications</h2>Any situation not expressly covered by this rulebook will be resolved by the Tournament Director in the spirit of fairness, consistency, and the integrity of the event.
