This is an intimate, open-fire dining experience celebrating the timeless art of cooking over live flame. Every course is prepared outdoors on our custom porticos using wood fire, coals, cast iron, and traditional techniques that highlight the natural flavors of our thoughtfully raised farm meats and other thoughtfully sourced local ingredients from surrounding farms.

Our October 17 menu will feature a seasonally inspired, multi-course feast showcasing local produce, heritage meats, and handcrafted elements designed to capture the flavors of late summer. Each course is served family-style, encouraging guests to slow down, share, and savor every moment.
