Introductions & Assign Roles
Introduce the purpose of Toastmasters and assign roles to people. (Evaluator, Timer, Ah Counter, Speaker, Toastmaster of the Day)

Prepared & Unprepared Speeches
If you prepared a speech, you're welcome to give it. (5-7min long speeches each) If there are no prepared speeches, anyone is welcome to talk about their day for 3-5min)

Impromptu Speaking Practice
Everyone will be asked a deep question to answer. Aim for 2-3 minutes of speaking impromptu. This will challenge you to think on the fly during meetings.
