What is your refund policy?

If you are unable to attend and cancel at least 7 days prior to the event you will receive a full refund, minus the costs associated with Eventbrite's fees. If you cancel within the two week period you will receive a credit for future trainings within one year. No shows will not be refunded.

Are Continuing Education credits offered?

No, no CE will be offered with this presentation in order to keep the format fluid.
